My Approach
My creative process is a blend of Agile Principles and Human Centered Design - Agile HCD. I believe that the best products come from powerful partnerships and early team alignment on three key pillars: understanding business strategy, users and technology.
I lead multi-disciplined teams to achieving alignment on shared visions, and harness data to inform our creative narratives. I solve the right problems from the user’s perspective and drive the innovation and collaboration necessary for creative excellence.

To provide new and engaging experiences, my teams generate a creative and innovative array of ideas. We share sketch-level approaches, mock-ups, and images - representations to tell product stories that resonate with customers.
I seek to provide the highest level of customization, developing models, visualizations and renderings to test usability. I include my stakeholders, to verify and define directions that surpass business and customer needs.
Using an iterative process helps to solve relevant problems; extensive ideation and prototyping create powerful innovations. I verify direction with User testing and Client teams to ensure continuous progress. My approach modifies and refines development to help create a narrative vision; a powerful and iconic story that the entire team can champion.
Concepting + Co-Creation
Maintaining intent is incredibly important when translating a design concept or analytical insight into a fully realized digital product. I share development directions and working prototypes with all stakeholders during development sessions to ensure alignment every step of the way.
Problem solving the details can make-or-break product value. I always push for the optimal solution to ensure that the project’s intent is fully realized. By remaining iterative during the final build, unexpected challenges can become sites of unexpected innovation.
Leveraging the appropriate technology allows for sustainable and scalable solutions. I utilize robust testing procedures to ensure that the product delights Users with its functionality, while enhancing reliability.
Building + Testing
A deeper understanding of people and context are critical for user-centric development. This includes ethnographic and immersive research, business and design strategies.
I aim to make interactions with stakeholders simple and clear. I step back, establish context, and use customer needs to shape the project brief. Empathy drives my understanding of user experiences, establishing a powerful collaborative framework.
Together, we map business opportunities and define our most important values. We refine relevant problems and objectives from industry trends, business, technology and user perspectives.
